My hammock is loose and moving. How do I fix it?
Try tightening all of the screws and bolts illustrated in the instructions. If this does not resolve the issue, try and installing in a different location with a minimum of two screws in one stud.
Can I install this outside?
Of course, there is no reason why you cannot use this product outdoors. Do keep in mind, if mounted outdoors, it will become dirtier quicker and will require more frequent washing. Also, if the wood is exposed to moisture for a long period of time, it could cause issue. So try to keep it dry.
Can I use more than one? Or together?
That is a great point and a lot of our customers buy more than one. If you have multiple cats it allows them multiple places to sleep. If you want to have multi layers of hammocks you can do it. There’s no limit to how you can arrange the cat hammocks.
